She does a great mini massage before adjusting to ensure and good adjustment, plus she adjusts to your preferences with manual or activator. She is gentle but firm when needed. She cares about what has happened since the last visit to make sure she knows how the body is handling the last adjustment and knows where to focus. We come for maintenance adjustment as needed and love the flexibility!
